Job summary

Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist in California. You will provide functional rehabilitation across various environments, from home to community, fostering real-life experiences for patients.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates should have a Master’s Degree, a valid license, and experience in neurological rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage patient transfers.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team.
• Provide recommendations for home and community safety.
