Job summary

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in patients in their homes. The role requires collaboration with families and other professionals to tailor effective treatment plans.

You will apply strong medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to support patient progress. Applicants should hold a Masters in Speech Language Pathology, be licensed in the state, and preferably have ASHA certification.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Active state SLP license required; ASHA certification preferred.
• 1+ year of speech language pathology experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and private insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapy to improve communication.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate treatment progress records and outcomes.
