Talin Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, in patients' homes.

Your expertise in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology will help tailor effective treatment plans to each patient’s needs. Work primarily in home settings, collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 1+ year of speech-language pathology experience.
• Active state SLP license.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.
