Right at Home Hoover Alabama is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help clients improve communication and quality of life in their homes. This Home Care role blends clinical expertise with flexible scheduling and meaningful, hands-on impact.

You will travel to clients within a about an hour, provide swallowing and cognitive-communication therapy, educate families, and develop care plans with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with Home Care experience.
• Proficient in swallowing therapy and cognitive-communication strategies.
• Able to educate clients and families effectively and develop care plans.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat swallowing and communication disorders in home settings.
• Educate clients and families on strategies and progress.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, client-centered care.
