Mobile Services Manager - Hiring Now!

Starting Salary: $50k-$52k/year

We are seeking full-time employees to join our Mobile Services team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be a part of a rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage patrol, inspection, shared guarding, and response operations, including supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff; ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure service expectations are met; evaluate service quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  3. Analyze operational and financial indicators to enhance performance; ensure operations are profitable and support revenue growth.
  4. Meet regularly with client representatives for updates; address issues; assist in contract negotiations; support security planning, assessments, and surveys; review and update directives.
  5. Oversee recruitment, selection, training, development, and retention of staff; promote a respectful work environment; assign tasks; coach employees; handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
  6. Ensure a positive, professional environment compliant with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; promote staff understanding and compliance.
  7. Authorize expenditures within scope of client contracts; oversee vehicle maintenance and driver training; manage inventory and payroll records.
  8. Coordinate staffing schedules; ensure effective scheduling to meet client needs while controlling costs; review reports for compliance and performance.
Requirements:
  1. 18 years of age or older
  2. High School Diploma or GED required
  3. Reliable, accountable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
  4. Proficient in technology (computers, phones, patrol devices, email)
  5. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for Safe Driving certification
  6. At least 3 years of prior security-related experience
