Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Mesa, AZ is looking for a tire service technician to respond to roadside and on-site calls, mounting and repairing tires of various types, and performing light mechanical tasks as needed. You will inspect tires, operate TPMS, and keep the truck and tools in safe condition.

This role emphasizes safe operation, clear communication with customers, and ability to work independently in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required.
• Experience with heavy‑duty/commercial tires preferred, not required.
• Able to lift/move tires 30–250 lbs with/without assistance.
• Ability to work independently in various weather/road conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
