Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is hiring a tire service technician to respond to roadside and on-site service calls with a fully equipped service truck. You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for passenger, light, and commercial vehicles.

Diagnose tire issues, inspect wear, operate TPMS and diagnostic tools, and perform fleet inspections. Must lift 30–250 lbs., work in varying conditions, and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.

Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Possible overtime may be required.

Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30-250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
