Job summary

Monaco Ford is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer homes and businesses throughout the area. This position operates out of our Mobile Service Van and provides a convenient service experience while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Services commonly performed included:

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• Ford experience a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to perform maintenance and light repair services independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer locations.
• Service van operations with dealership-quality service.
• Coordinate with customers and maintain high service standards.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and software updates.
• Document work performed and communicate findings clearly.
