Qualifications

• 2-5 Years of Technical On-the-job Experience with Ford Certifications is required.

• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional personal appearance always.
• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments.
• Perform Multi-point Inspection.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Close out repair order.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional personal appearance always
• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments
• Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with many different guests each day
• Perform Multi-point Inspection
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Close out repair order
• Commit to a "leave-no-trace" clean up

Qualifications

2-5 Years of Technical On-the-job Experience with Ford Certifications is required. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and strong work ethic all while demonstrating behaviors consistent with the company's values in all customer interactions.

• Automotive Technical/Trade School Degree, preferred
• Able to Operate Electronic Diagnostic Equipment
