JAGUAR LAND ROVER VOLVO MADISON is expanding and improving the services we provide to our customers. We are seeking an experienced technician with excellent communication skills to perform small repairs, parts replacements, recalls, and diagnostic troubleshooting at our customers' homes or places of business. You will receive a daily dispatch list for repairs and a vehicle for daily runs. Must have good organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with customers, keep them informed, and explain additional services needed along with time estimates
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
• Diagnostic skills and troubleshooting expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
