JAGUAR LAND ROVER VOLVO MADISON is expanding and improving the services we provide to our customers. We are seeking an experienced technician with excellent communication skills to perform small repairs, parts replacements, recalls, and diagnostic troubleshooting at our customers' homes or places of business. You will be given a daily dispatch list and a vehicle for daily runs. Must have good organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and estimates
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience
• Diagnostic skills and troubleshooting expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and customer service mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
