Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical repairs on boats and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair marine mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on boats and equipment.
• Safely operate customer vessel during diagnostic water testing.
• Ensure all warranty repairs are completed according to manufacturers and MarineMax guidelines.
• Inspect boats, prepare and itemize estimate listing parts and labor.
• Complete repair work utilizing service scheduler and SSO’s within the established timeframe.
• Maintain and secure inventory and tools on company vehicles at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by arriving for service calls in a timely manner and presenting a professional picture of MarineMax.
• Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with the service and parts departments.
• Ensure professional and clean appearance of company vehicles.
• Safely operate company vehicle and remain within posted speed limits.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Other duties as assigned.
