Job summary

A global service solutions provider is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Service Solutions Specialist in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, the specialist will serve as a Dealer Performance Coach, launching and training Mobile Service Programs across dealerships. The position requires strong communication skills, dealership experience, and 85% travel weekly. A competitive salary range of $80k to $87k is offered, depending on experience. Work can be done from a remote location when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dealership operations, field coaching, or OEM programs.
• Ability to travel daily and adapt to various dealership environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Mobile Service operations.
• Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functionality.
• Monitor and coach dealership Mobile Service personnel.
