Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Mobile Service Automotive Technician in Anoka, MN. The role travels to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance using a fully equipped service vehicle.

You will handle oil changes, brake services, battery replacements, tire rotations, and software updates, prioritizing efficiency and customer service while solving problems independently.

Qualifications

• Diagnostics and repairs at customer locations.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and power tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in varied environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs & recalls at customers location.
• Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Communicate repair needs and provide cost estimates to customers in simple terms.
• Efficiently manage daily travel routes and schedules to meet appointments on time.
• Keep the mobile service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked and document services performed.
