Paycom - ATS in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Main Line Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of vehicles. Responsibilities include inspections, MPI, PDI on new vehicles, and clear communication of repair needs to the service advisor.

The role emphasizes high integrity, quality vehicle care, and safety standards, with a focus on productivity, organization, and professional interaction with customers. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to diagnose issues on all vehicles.
• Perform MPI on all vehicles.
• Complete PDI on all new vehicles.
• Comply with dealership and manufacturer training requirements.
• Achieve monthly productivity objectives.
• Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance with the service advisor.
• Keep vehicle bays clean and maintain equipment longevity.
• Provide video or picture documentation of repair recommendations for every RO.
