Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Technician C to perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brakes, rotors, oil changes, and related services. You will educate customers on preventive maintenance and support courtesy services while ensuring quality workmanship.

The role requires reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, documenting work, and maintaining clean work areas. A valid driver's license and state emission/inspector certifications where applicable are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine tickets, notes and other correspondence.
• Valid Driver's License.
• State Emission Certification- if applicable in your state
• State Vehicle Inspector Certification- if applicable in your state

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
• Examines vehicles to determine further safety or service work.
• Documents all work performed and recommended.
• Road tests vehicles as needed.
• Keeps shop areas neat, clean and organized.
• Operates tools and equipment safely and reports safety issues.
• Other tasks as assigned.
