Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Harbeson, DE. The role focuses on unarmed patrols, customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents at a food and beverage site.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees as part of security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.
