Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and employees at a commercial real estate site.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and following site protocols.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor and delivery procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents and observations in required reports.
