Allied Universal in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver to patrol retail/mall locations, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work night shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail and mall locations, including common areas and entrances.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report concerns to site leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor assistance, and directions.
