Allied Universal in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Security Officer Patrol Driver to protect client sites across commercial real estate. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and provide professional customer service while driving per policy.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year security or related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a vehicle in a safe, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documenting observations and maintenance concerns as directed.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate clearly with management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders.
