Job summary

Allied Universal in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol to protect clients across industries. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver professional customer service while enforcing site policies.

The role is full-time with daytime and evening shifts; a valid Guard Card/License is preferred, must be 18+ and possess a high school diploma. Training is provided and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Guard Card/License preferred
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background check and drug screening as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors and parking areas
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor/delivery authorization
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies
• Document patrol observations clearly and promptly with reports
