Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company or customer owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (AHA/ARC).
• Federal and state firearms qualifications.
• National Weapons Detection Training Program (NWDTP) certification.
• OC, Baton and handcuffing certification.
• Defensive tactics and de-escalation certification.
• Minimum of two years armed security experience or US military service or armed civilian law enforcement experience.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security services at a high-profile site.
• Patrol the facility and monitor access, CCTV, and alarms.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Maintain professional interactions with client personnel and guests.
• Respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures.
• Greet visitors and assist as needed.
• Follow site manuals and post orders.
• Maintain post integrity and security of property.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business or a closely related field
