Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO. The role involves driving to patrol, deter incidents, and provide superior customer service in a technology-focused environment.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while documenting activity and maintaining professional communication. A valid license, background check, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply to state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document arrivals, departures, and security-related incidents.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology-focused work environment.
