• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns with calm, clear communication.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeters; report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials; document arrivals and incidents.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift communications maintaining professionalism.
