Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policy; assist with directions and credential checks.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly while following emergency procedures.
• Prepare daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation for leadership.
