Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Mobile Response Driver for Kutztown, PA. You will patrol a campus environment, deterring incidents and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.

A valid driver’s license is required and strong customer service skills are essential. The position includes daytime shifts, a $16.33 per hour rate, and opportunities for training, career growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities completed during the shift.
