Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and multitask in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and unannounced site visits across client locations.
• Perform scheduled and random QA/QC audits.
• Coach, mentor, and provide corrective guidance to field officers.
• Act as first-in mobile responder to security incidents.
• Engage professionally with client representatives during site visits.
• Maintain continuous communication with ISOC through various platforms.
• Operate a Surefox fleet vehicle safely and ensure operational readiness.
