Role Description

The Field Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for overseeing security operations and personnel at client locations. This role includes supervising field teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a visible yet discreet presence. The Field Supervisor conducts site inspections, supports incident response, documents operational activity, and communicates regularly with clients and internal leadership. The position involves coaching and mentoring security staff, reinforcing training standards, and promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience, ideally in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
