Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics location.
• Verify identification, review documentation, issue credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor entry/exit points and report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter.
