Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) in a high-traffic retail setting in Aurora, CO. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while representing the brand ethos.

You will train on in-store processes, build relationships, manage onboarding, and participate in Be Back referrals; compensation includes $19.50 base plus training pay, with guaranteed $20/hour with incentives and annual stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail environment and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Build relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and participate in onboarding processes.
