Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is seeking outgoing Retail Mobile Sales Associates to be the face of Boost Mobile Retailer in our Lafayette, LA store. We train you from day one, no wireless experience required, and you’ll help customers pick plans, phones, and accessories.

You’ll stay current on devices, pricing, and promotions, meet daily sales goals, participate in local events, and collaborate with teammates. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus; must be 18+ and have at least 6 months in customer service

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions and upsell when it fits.
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing and special events.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Use sales systems and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers.
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed.
