The ideal candidate has 3+ years of RV repair experience, strong diagnostics, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with mobile devices and service software, plus a valid driver's license, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RV technical repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency using mobile devices, service software, and digital documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in varying outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC).
• Communicate findings, repair options, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
• Prepare accurate field service estimates and manage work orders.
• Operate and maintain company service vehicles and tools; manage routes and logs.
• Follow safety, DOT (where applicable), and company policies.
