Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to serve semi-truck fleets. You will respond to tire-related failures at customer locations, performing tire changes or repairs with duties that may include mounting and shop support when calls are slow.

No prior experience required; training is provided. The role includes a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule with on‑call nights and one weekend per month, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and meet Commercial Driver Qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including PPE and tire cages.
