Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for mobile and flexible nursing positions through AffiniCare, its internal staffing agency. You will travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within your region to support open shifts and provide direct, compassionate care.

Earn a competitive wage with flexible scheduling and the option for full-time or part-time hours. A valid Iowa RN license and CPR are required, plus at least 12 months ofRN experience and the ability to travel between

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Twelve months of verifiable RN experience.
• Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit and ensure resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet standards and comply with regulations.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
