AffiniCare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Iowa to provide compassionate care across multiple Care Initiatives communities. You can choose hours that fit your life and travel within the region to cover open shifts.

RNs benefit from a highly flexible schedule, competitive wages, and access to benefits like a 403(b), doctors on demand, and EAP. A minimum of 16 hours per month is requested, with pay available through a digital wallet as you earn it.

Formación

Active Iowa RN license.
Active CPR certification.
Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience.
Ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.
Must live within reasonable driving distance of Care Initiatives communities.

Responsabilidades

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
