Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in Durant, OK is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.

Responsibilities include modeling best practices, assisting new hires, maintaining store appearance, adhering to policies, and mastering required systems. Flexibility for full-time, in-person work is required. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and meet weekly hours.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
