T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to join a Retail Team of Experts and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will learn, educate and recommend device and service solutions while building relationships with customers in-store.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, base pay of $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 per hour training pay, a path to Mobile Expert, and eligible incentives and stock programs. We offer comprehensive benefits for full- and part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer advocacy and the ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers wherever they left off in their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services with hands-on demonstrations.
• Collaborate with store teammates and other channels to resolve issues and identify sales opportunities.
