Job summary

Securitas USA in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Mobile Response Security Officer to provide mobile patrols and rapid response during a full-time schedule. The role pays $18.50/hour and includes benefits and weekly pay. You will protect employees, customers, and visitors while enforcing site rules and safety policies.

The position requires independent work, solid computer skills, and strong communication. Training is provided; pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct routine patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks both on foot and in company vehicle.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Mobile Response Security Officer - Full Time

Site Location: Milwaukee, WI

Wage : $18.50/HR

Schedule : Thursday - Friday 1pm-9pm & Saturday - Sunday 9am-7pm

The Mobile Response Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which include operations a vehicle to conduct patrols. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Requirements

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
