Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our Lansing field team. You will travel to customers' homes in a company-provided van, diagnose and repair mobile devices, and deliver convenient, high-quality service on-site, while building strong customer relationships.

Base pay starts at $10/hour with commissions on repairs, screen protectors, and Home+ protection plans. Top performers can reach $22+/hour equivalent, with $700+ weekly potential depending on results and sales

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle and driving requirements.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes in a company-provided repair van.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide convenient, professional, and friendly in-home service.
• Explain repair solutions and recommend appropriate device protection and support plans.
• Manage your daily schedule and service appointments.
• Maintain a professional attitude while delivering excellent customer experiences.
