uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair mobile devices at customers' homes, using a company van. The role offers independent field work with hourly pay plus commissions, including repairs, screen protectors, and Home+ plans sales.

Formación

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet vehicle and driving requirements.

Mobile Repair Technician

You’ll travel to customers’ homes in a company‑provided repair van, diagnose and repair mobile devices, and deliver convenient, high‑quality service. Enjoy the independence of field work while earning hourly pay plus performance‑based commissions.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN:

• $10/hour base pay.
• $12 commission for every successful repair.
• $5 commission for every screen protector sold.
• $25 commission for every Home+ protection plan sold.
• Top performers can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour, with weekly earning potential of $700+, depending on performance and sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Travel to customers’ homes in a company‑provided repair van.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide convenient, professional, and friendly in‑home service.
• Explain repair solutions and recommend appropriate device protection and support plans.
• Manage your daily schedule and service appointments.
• Maintain a professional attitude while delivering excellent customer experiences.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle and driving requirements.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in the field.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer locations.
• Flexibility to work some weekends when needed.
