uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair mobile devices at customers' homes in a company-provided van. You’ll travel locally, perform quality repairs, and upsell protection plans and accessories.

This role offers hourly pay plus commissions and the chance to grow your technical skills in the field. Qualified candidates will have experience with electronics repair, strong problem-solving, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally and work some weekends.

You'll travel to customers' homes in a company-provided repair van, diagnose and repair mobile devices, and deliver convenient, high-quality service. Enjoy the independence of working in the field while earning hourly pay plus commissions based on your performance.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN:

• $10/hour base pay.
• $12 commission for every successful repair.
• $5 commission for every screen protector sold.
• $25 commission for every Home+ protection plan sold.
• Top performers can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour, with weekly earning potential of $700+, depending on performance and sales.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in the field.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer locations.
• Flexibility to work some weekends when needed.
