Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair mobile devices at customers’ homes using a company-provided repair van. This field-based role offers hourly pay plus performance-based commissions and the flexibility to manage your own daily schedule.

Ideal candidates have electronics repair experience, strong problem-solving skills, and customer-focused communication. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle and driving requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes in a company-provided repair van.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide convenient, professional, and friendly in-home service.

What You Can Earn

• $10/hour base pay.
• $12 commission for every successful repair.
• $5 commission for every screen protector sold.
• $25 commission for every Home+ protection plan sold.
• Top performers can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour, with weekly earning potential of $700+, depending on performance and sales.
