uBreakiFix by Asurion in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and test smartphones, tablets and other electronics on-site at customer locations.

You’ll travel in a company van, get paid training from day one, enjoy PTO, health benefits, and opportunities to earn uncapped commissions and certifications as you advance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
