Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized refrigeration overhaul training or certification preferred.
• ASE and 608/609 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair refrigeration units on trucks and trailers.
• Test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
• Read complex schematics for refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and proper operation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Use hand and power tools to service units and equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance as required by location management.
