Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Recovery Coach to provide emotional and social support, helping Members pursue positive life changes and recovery goals. The role emphasizes connecting Members to treatment, peer services, and community supports in Brockton, MA.

The Recovery Coach will work with diverse individuals, maintain documentation in EMR, and ensure collaboration with an interdisciplinary team while meeting productivity and certification expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and lived experience with substance use and recovery.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ownership of a car.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and social support.
• Support Members in making positive life changes and develop recovery skills.
• Help Members discuss and build recovery-supportive networks.
• Assist Members in linking to treatment and peer recovery services.
• Work mobile with Members in safe settings and document engagements in EHR.
