Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass CF Rail Management and AAR-related courses with 80%+.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Field Service Apprentice functions and related duties.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safe operations per AAR requirements.
• Provide on-site diagnostics and repairs at customer locations.
• Pass CFRS welding procedures (3/4" plate, all positions FCAW).
• Operate or assist with equipment (forklift, crane, boom, etc.).
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety standards.
