Job summary

BioTech X-ray seeks energetic technicians to perform portable x-rays and bedside imaging, traveling to patients who cannot easily reach hospitals or clinics. You will document exams, transfer images to licensed radiologists or cardiologists, and maintain imaging equipment and vehicles for reliable service.

Qualified applicants hold ARRT certification and current state licensure for all states served, can work independently within a team, and are comfortable extensive driving (3,000–6,000 miles

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and current state licensures for all states served.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Flexibility in work hours to meet client needs.
• Excellent driving record and ability to drive long distances.
• Experience in portable x-ray preferred and able to handle equipment.
• Must be physically able to load/unload x-ray equipment (100–185 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform X-rays and EKGs on patients as assigned.
• Ensure images are released to the state licensed radiologist or cardiologist for interpretation.
• Burn images to CD and deliver as assigned.
• Keep accurate documentation of services performed.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, phones, equipment and supplies.
• Be professional in actions, communication, and appearance.
