Job summary

Onsite Medical Imaging and Laboratory Services is seeking a Mobile Radiologic Technologist to travel to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences to perform diagnostic X-ray exams with portable equipment. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and accurate image transmission to radiologists.

Responsibilities include performing X-Rays and EKGs, maintaining licenses, and adhering to HIPAA. This is a full-time role requiring reliable transportation and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state license required.
• Graduate of a radiological technology program.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Ability to work independently.
• Complete and pass drug screening and background check.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regional geography and travel routes.
• Pleasant phone manner and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-Rays and transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Perform EKGs and transmit EKGs to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Communicate professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA at all times.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Train other technologists as required.
