Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a QA Tester - Mid-Level for a technology organization focused on delivering high-quality mobile experiences in Austin. You will join the Quality Assurance team and collaborate with onshore and offshore partners to drive quality across mobile projects.

You will design and maintain automated test suites using Appium (XCUI and Espresso), execute manual and automated tests, document defects with reproducible steps, and mentor teammates on testing strategies within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proficient with Appium in mobile test automation.
• Hands-on coding in Java or similar OO language.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android testing (XCUI/Espresso).
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD in mobile dev lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated mobile test suites with Appium.
• Execute manual and automated tests across iOS and Android.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps; escalate critical issues.
• Develop mobile QA expertise and solve quality challenges.
• Coordinate QA with onshore/offshore teams for sprint consistency.
