Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our mobile outpatient therapy team in Salem, NH. This role supports the Physical Therapist by delivering direct patient care and implementing treatment plans in a variety of outpatient and home-based settings.

The position offers a $3,000 bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities for clinical mentorship and CEUs as part of a supportive rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in applicable state(s).
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Attends patient care meetings under the physical therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedule; completes clinical and billing documentation.
• Works with rehab team to implement patient programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations and procedures.
• Instructs patients and families in treatment techniques.
• Maintains timely documentation for treated patients.
• Cleans and maintains equipment; reports repairs.
• Puts patient service first with compassionate care.
• Implements the patient’s individualized treatment plan.
• Provides therapies: therapeutic exercise, gait, manual therapy, and related modalities.
• Performs other related duties.
